Sorry GOP, Apple will not be funding your convention due to Trump

Every year the GOP and Democratic National Conventions are sponsored by corporate giants. This year the GOP Natl' Convention will have Google live streaming, Microsoft's tech, and Facebook's lounge. However, a longtime supporter of the National Conventions will be stepping out on the GOP this election. After making big news last week with it's World Wide Developer Conference (WWDC) Apple was already on every major journalists' watch, but this time it is not for their software. Rather for the shocking news that the tech giant will not be funding the RNC.
In an article by Politico, the publisher claims that two unnamed sources "familiar with" with Apple's plans claimed that the corporation will not be providing tech or funding to the GOP convention. Why? Well the article claims that Apple has pulled out due to presumptive nominee Donald Trump.

It is quite clear as to why Apple might have pulled out, but it is not alone as the following companies have also pulled their support to the RNC: Hewett-Packard Inc., UPS, Ford Motor Co., Motorola Solutions Inc. However, other companies in Silicon Valley that are supporting the RNC have confirmed their support to both conventions in a non-partisan movement to promote public participation when it comes to elections. Apple has yet to confirm if it is going to fund the DNC.

Apple has really made a statement with this shocking decision.
